1. Service Cancellation

Customers may cancel their internet or cable service at any time by contacting our support team.

If cancellation is requested within the first 7 days of service activation, customers may be eligible for a full refund of service fees (excluding installation or activation charges).

For cancellations after 7 days, charges will apply for the period services were active.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be issued under the following conditions:

Service Not Delivered: If the service was not activated or provided due to technical or availability issues.

Service Outages: If prolonged outages (exceeding 72 continuous hours) occur due to our fault and are not resolved within a reasonable time.

Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly billed more than once for the same service.
3. Non-Refundable Items

Installation fees, activation charges, and equipment costs are non-refundable once services have started.

Prepaid plans are non-refundable after activation.
4. Equipment Returns
If you are provided with equipment (such as routers, modems, or cable boxes), you must return it in good working condition upon cancellation. Fees may apply for damaged, lost, or unreturned equipment.
5. Refund Process
